Distance 5k, Fun Run
Course Type Road

Race Information

Join runners in the annual Dyslexia Dash and jog for a great cause. The purpose of the dash is twofold. First, the funds raised from the Dash are set aside to provide low-cost teacher training, seminars, support groups, and referral and advocacy services for those that suffer from Dyslexia. Second, the dash does its part to demystify reading difficulties, spread knowledge, and encourage change in attitudes when dealing with the condition. Through the dedicated support of runners, volunteers and supporters, those with Dyslexia are gaining access to services they normally would not have access to. Whether you will be runnning with a team, or by yourself, you can rest assured you are doing your part to beat Dyslexia.

Course Information

The Dyslexia Dash will begin at the northeast corner of Perimeter Mall. Runners proceed down Ashford Dunwoody Road to Hammond Drive. A final right rurn onto Perimeter Center West will take runners to the finish line, located opposite the McDonalds at the mall's northeast corner parking lot. The festival will start at 8:30am and the awards ceremony will begin around 9:30am.
