Race Information

The annual Uptown Rhodes Race 5K is the perfect family friendly event to bring the community together. Hosted by The Georgia Trust, the race works to bring awareness to the work that the Trust does in reclaiming, restoring and revitalizing historic buildings. The race features a gently rolling scenic course through Ansley Park, one of Atlanta's most historic and beautiful neighborhoods. Additionally, the course is stroller and dog friendly (leashed and well-behaved dogs) complete with “pet pit stops” that provide dogs with drinking water and treats.

After the race, runners and their families gather for an exciting post-race event that features delectable delights and drinks.

Course Information

The Uptown Rhodes Race 5K begins at historic Rhodes Hall. From the starting line, runners will travel through the beautiful historic neighborhoods of Ansley Park and Sherwood Forest, experiencing 3.1 miles of gently rolling hills. The race course circles around the perfectly manicured landscape of the Ansley Park golf course before returning to the finish line at Rhodes Hall. Along the way, there are “pet pit stops” to provide warter and treats to dogs that are running with their owners.
