Race Information
The Maudie's Moonlight Margarita Run began in 2005 to bring two of Austin’s favorite things together – running and margaritas! The Trail Foundation is excited to welcome runners back for an in-person evening race at Sand Beach Park in downtown Austin. Each dollar raised from the race will ensure that the Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail remains one of Austin’s greatest assets for generations to come.
Registration includes race entry, an iconic MMR t-shirt, and two Maudie's Margaritas and some Maudie's Tex Mex at the post-race party. In celebration of the Butler Trail’s 50th anniversary, break out your best 1970s running gear and celebrate with us!
