Race Information

The annual Dracut Old Home Day is now on its way. The upcoming event is expected to be bigger than ever and will again include the Dracut Firefighters' Activity Day. The Dracut Old Home Day is fast becoming the community’s largest yearly event. 

A 5K race will be a part of the day celebrations and everyone is encouraged to put on their race shoes and join us in a run on this day. 

There will be water stations at the 1 and 2 mile marker on the course. Volunteers and Police personnel will be present to ensure the safety of all participants. 

The amenities at the event will include Bib chip timing, a DJ and refreshments near the finish line and water stations and cooling showers at convenient locations. Raffles will also be held based on Bib numbers. 

Cash awards will be given to the top 3 runners male and female and medals will be awarded to the top 3 runners in each age group. T-Shirts will be given to the first 300 registrants.


Course Information

The course is 3.1 mile route through residential streets with slight inclines. It will begin at Lakeview Avenue in front of Dracut Car Wash, proceed south to Phineas street, right on to Old Meadow Road, on through to Homefield Avennue, Mercier Street, Donohue Road before returning back to Phineas street for a left on Lakeview Avenue for the Finish.
