Father's Day Road Race and Family Fun Walk
The Children's Museum in Easton throws an annual Father's Day Road Race and Family Fun Walk. The course begins on Main Street and winds through the tree-lined streets of historic North Easton Village, past H.H. Richardson buildings and F.L. Olmsted landscapes. The picturesque course is mostly flat, with a few rolling hills.
The race course is mostly flat with some gentle uphill and downhill terrain;p all on town streets and roads, and in several places, through historic estates that are part of the town's history and culture. Runner safety is a strong element of our race, so police presence, volunteer course directors and plenty of signage ensure that the runners have a great time. As well, unlike some races, our event does welcome baby-stroller runners; however, they begin as a separate starting field to ensure the safety of all runners.
