Race Information

The Chicago Turkey Trot is a popular annual Thanksgiving 5k and 8k run (plus a kids race!) that supports the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Expect to join fellow runners, joggers and walkers in some light hearted fun while ensuring no Chicagoan will go hungry this holiday season.

The run is centered around the Turkey Day Tailgate, where runners can take part in activities like Corn Hole, Football Toss, Turkey Bowling and more, while sipping on warm apple cider.

This race brings out everyone from serious racers to fun runners who are in it for the costumes!
