This Soldier Field 10 Mile race offers you the opportunity to finish on the 50 yard line at Soldier Field!

This event includes many fun perks, including a beautiful route through a lakefront course, a memorable finish on the 50-Yard Line, a finisher's medal (presented by active military personnel) and a gender specific performance shirt. The post-race party includes live music, giveaways, drinks and food! 

 

Top Tips for this Event

Participants may register with Chicago Endurance Sports to enroll in a 12 week training program for the Soldier Field 10 Mile. Information on the training program is available at the event web site.
Race day packet pick-up is available.
While the start area is crowded, the waved starts alleviate most of the congestion in this well managed race.

Course Information

The course begins in Soldier Field's colonnades. It continues through Lake Shore Drive (without vehicles) and after the turnaround at Mile 5, runners hit the Lakefront trail with stunning views of the Chicago Skyline. Back on the Museum Campus you will enter Soldier Field and head towards the player's tunnel. Then it's time for the final sprint towards the 50-yard line. 

The Chicago Endurance Sports Pace Team will be providing pace leaders to help participants achieve their target times. This is a free service for registered runners. Look for pace leaders holding signs marked with target times in the starting corrals 30 minutes before the start.
