Too Hot to Handle 5K & 15K
This event puts big-time fun and sun on the Dallas summer race schedule. Participants pick from a flat and fast 15K course or the super popular 5K run. There are ample opportunities for fun after the run too, with the sponsor village in Norbuck park packed with cool stuff, tasty snacks, live music and a beer garden. As an added bonus, the beneficiary of the Too Hot to Handle 5K & 15K is the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society/Team in Training.
Did you know that this race is part of a series of runs? If you like this race you may want to run one of the following Run Project - Dallas events.
The race starts and finishes in Norbuck Park just northeast of White Rock Lake. The flat, fast out-and-back 15K course proceeds down the east side of White Rock Lake for the turnaround as the lake meets Garland Road. The 5K course heads to the north of Norbuck Park and loops into city streets for a few blocks before returning to finish in the park.
