Wanderlust 108 Dallas
Wanderlust 108 runs are self described “mindful triathlons” that bring three events together in local parks.
The event begins with an untimed 5K run (or walk) then transitions into post run yoga, followed by a guided meditation.
From DJs on the main stage to lawn activities like hooping, slacklining and acroyoga, to local food and craft vendors, there’s plenty to do when you’re not on your mat. Nationally recognized teachers, speakers and musical talent are featured at each event to make for a fun-filled day.
