Wounded Warrior Half & 10K & 5K
Join over 4,000 runners for the Wounded Warrior Half Marathon. There is also a 10K run and a 5K run. The course starts and finishes around Williams Square in Irving, Texas. Part of the race is on the beautiful Campion Trails. This event honors the men and women of the military and raises money for the Wounded Warrior Project and Fisher House. The post-race party features food, drink and live music.
The race starts and finishes at Williams Square in Las Colinas, TX. The course is mostly flat, and runs on the scenic wooded Campion Trail. The Half Marathon and 10K events start a few minutes apart on Sunday, while the 5K race is on Saturday.
The Half-Marathon features an out-and-back course, with most of the run on paved concrete trails. The race starts on streets, hits the trail, then hits the steets for a 2 miles stretch just before the 8-mile mark, and returns to the trail back to the finish.
The out-and-back 10K course is almost all on the Campion Trails.
