Race Information

This is a great chance to test your training and fitness mid-season! Pick your distance (one mile, 5k, 10k or half-marathon) and enjoy the beauty of the Flatirons as a backdrop to your run.

You will find a clearly marked course, gear check, many aid stations, medical support at all times, chip timing and winner and raffle prizes.

Here's what runner can expect on race day:

  • Post race meal which includes fruit, bagels, breakfast burritos and delicious chocolate milk
  • Sweet swag bag with custom race bibs, tech shirts, distance specific finisher medals, rally towls and free race pics

Course Information

An out-and-back course, 5K athletes will leave the lot at City Park heading southwest on Big Dry Creek Trail. Runners will travel approximately 1.5 miles to the turnaround then return the way they came.

The 10K course is a double out-and-back run. Athletes will leave the lot at City Park heading southwest on Big Dry Creek Trail. Runners go approximately 1.5 miles to the 1st turnaround then return the way they came, passing City Park to run another 1.5 miles to the 2nd turnaround, before returning directly to the finish line.

Half marathon runners will leave the lot at City Park heading southwest on Big Dry Creek Trail. As a double out-and-back course, athletes will run approximately 1.5 miles to the 1st turnaround then return the way they came, passing City Park to run another 5 miles to the 2nd turnaround before returning directly to the finish line.
