Golden Gate consistently shows the best that Colorado has to offer. Offering a single track, single loop course, the Dirty Thirty is the perfect course for both experienced and novice ultra runners. Started in 2009, the Dirty Thirty has continued to grow and has developed into a one of the premier ultra-events in the Denver area.


Course Information

Enjoy the winding trails of Golden Gate Canyon State Park as you run 50km or 12 miles. Take in breathtaking views of nature as you make your way through one of America's most precious State Parks. The course elevation is approximately 7,250 feet of climbing and descending. A cupless race (runners need their own hydration system), aid stations include a variety of items including water, Coke, cookies, wraps and more, to help athletes maintain their energy levels.
