Did you know that this race is part of a series of runs? If you like this race you may want to run one of the following 5 Peaks Northern Alberta events.
The course opens with a hill and is double track for the first kilometer. After the second bridge you begin a massive climb which marks the beginning of the first single track section. Be prepared for limited passing, switchback climbs, a gully crossing and a screaming downhill. After 2.5km you are back on rolling double track.
You will cross a road at 3.25km then the Aid Station at 4.25km (water only) At 4.5km you have another steep downhill followed by a large climb before reaching the water treatment plant. After the plant the course is flat double track until you reach the campground. Once at the campground you will run on a gravel road then one last section of single track before entering the stadium. Note Enduro & Half-Marathon runners need to stay left to begin their 2nd and 3rd lap
