Race Information
The Times Colonist 10K began in 1990 as the “Garden City 10K”. In 2000, the newspaper became the title sponsor, and thus the TC10K name was born. The race is Victoria's largest and most popular run of the year. The run regularly attracts a field of over 10,000 runners from across the country and sees top elites compete alongside amateur runners.
This community event brings runners, walkers, volunteers, schools, businesses, friends, families, and more to enjoy the beautiful scenic route and post-event celebrations in downtown Victoria. If you are into big runs, this is a must-do! The TC10k course has long sections along the oceanfront road, providing spectacular views to runners.
