The LaceUp Running Series Ventura Marathon is an exceptional race and finish experience for runners and their friends. This premier running race is followed by a local food truck brunch and a craft beer finish line toast in a lively event hub. Share your success or follow friends using LaceUp’s realtime results and photos.The chip-timed Ventura Marathon is a Boston qualifier race and can opt for the Half Marathon, 10k and 5k distances.

The Village Runner Independence Day 5K is an annual community classic that happens on the 4th of July in Redondo Beach.
Runners can expect chip timing, age division awards, cash prizes to the top three overall male and female runners in the 5K run, and a pretty great pre-race costume contest!
We like that the course is an out and back (you can try and spot your friends). We also like that a portion of all registration fees directly benefit the Redondo Beach Educational Foundation and other local schools.
