But Hope in Motion is more than a race, it is an entire celebration! There is entertainment for the entire family, complimentary massages and motivational speakers.

The event also doubles as a fundraiser for to benefit the Angel Foundation, a local Minnesota non-profit that provides support programs and non-medical financial assistance to cancer patients and their families. With millions of cancer survivors in the United States alone, Hope in Motion truly is a celebration of survival.

Course Information

The course will take runners and walkers along the bike path of Normandale Lake. Like most bike paths, it will be a softer surface, so it should save you legs some. Outside of the course, runners will be able to take in the views of one of Minnesota's best parks. There will be plenty of activities after the race is completed, so bring the family out and enjoy a day in the park after working up a quick sweat.
