Race Information

Voted one of the top races for women in the country, the Women Run the Cities is the premier women's race in all of Minnesota. The race features a 5K and 10K race, but there is also a twist in the form of a ten mile race. It's an all women's affair, but all experience levels are welcome. You'll be at home if you are an experienced runner in your 100th race, or you're taking to the start line for the first time. Be part of the race that everyone is talking about and sign up for the Women Run the Cities race.

Course Information

All of the races share a common start and finish line in Minnehaha Park. From the starting line, runners take off and run along the Mississippi River. The ten mile group will travel the furthest up the river before crossing and heading back. The 10K runners will follow a similar route, but cross the river much earlier, while the 5K course is a simple out and back with no river crossing.
