This course give you the best of San Francisco and the Bay Area! The start is in Golden Gate Park, then you'll run through the beautiful wooded Presidio to stunning Golden Gate Bridge. Enjoy that downhill bit while you can.
Turn right around and enjoy the stunning skyline view as you take the bridge back into town, power through the Marina and finish at the Civic Center. This all comes at a price, of course. There are just enough ups and downs to tax your endurance and focus over the 13 plus miles, and you'll be bumping elbows much of the way in this popular event (unless you are blasting along with the elite pack). Of course it's well worth it over this beautiful course with a convivial race ethos prevailing. Check the map below.
