Quicksilver Trail Challenge

Quicksilver Trail Challenge
Date Sep 2019 (TBD)
Distance 10k, Half-marathon
Course Type Trail

Race Information

Hosted by the Quicksilver Running Club for many years, the Quicksilver Trail Challenge offers some shorter, yet challenging race distances in Almaden Quicksilver County Park.

The event includes three races: a 10K, a Half Marathon, and a one mile Kids Race run on single track trails and fire roads. You will see parts of the park and the quicksilver mines while running through peaceful oak forests, wide-open meadows, and along ridges with spectacular views of the Santa Clara Valley and the Santa Cruz Mountains. Although the course is challenging, the friendly aid stations and beautiful scenery make the Quicksilver Trail Challenge an excellent choice for both novice and experienced trail runners.
