Race Information

The Santa Runs Tacoma race offers 3 different distances - a half marathon, 10K and 5K, making it the perfect event for everyone!

Get into the holiday spirit this season and participate in the Santa Runs Tacoma. Dressing in costume is highly encouraged!

The half marathon has a cap of 1000 runners so be sure to register early.

 

Course Information

The Donner and Blitzen half marathon is a scenic point to point course starting at the State Farm building in Downtown Tacoma. During the race, runners will cross the Murray Morgan Bridge and experience first hand the greatness of Puget Sound. After the short ascent off the Murray Morgan Bridge runners will be treated to easy rolling terrain through North Tacoma's Waterfront for a loop around and then onto Schuster Parkway and Ruston Way for a run along Tacoma's waterfront. After turning around just past the new Waterwalk at Point Ruston, runners will be returning to Dock Street for their big finish.

The Scrooge's 10K is a scenic point to point course with an out-and-back portion starting at the State Farm building in Downtown Tacoma. During the race, runners will cross the Murray Morgan Bridge and experience first hand the greatness of Puget Sound. After the short ascent off the Murray Morgan Bridge runners will be treated to easy rolling terrain through North Tacoma's Dock Street and on to Ruston Way for a stretch along Tacoma's beautiful waterfront. Then it goes back to Dock Street for their big finish.

The Frosty's 5K is a scenic point to point course starting at the State Farm building in Downtown Tacoma. During the race, runners will cross the Murray Morgan Bridge and experience first hand the greatness of Puget Sound. After the short ascent off the Murray Morgan Bridge runners will be treated to easy rolling terrain through North Tacoma's Dock Street for their big finish.
