Five breathtaking lookouts dot the edge of towering cliffs of Ontario's striking Niagara Escarpment. With excellent hiking trails, this natural environment park is perfect for that therapeutic walk (or trail run) in the woods during any season.

The trail race features a variety of distances, including the 8.5 km Sports Course, the 15.6 km Enduro Course, and the 22.7 km Grit Course. The event also has a couple of options for the kids -- the 1 km Children's Challenge and the 3 km Timed Kids' Race. Fun trail running for everyone!
