Either you live with the affects of brain injury every day and have overcome insurmountable challenges to get where you are OR you bring your infinite support, resources and compassion to the cause. Come out to the BIST 5K on your own or form your own “Superhero Squad” – Capes, Wings, Masks and Super Powers welcome.

Run Pick of the Month - Toronto Marathon
Looking to qualify for Boston? The Toronto Marathon is a fast point to point Boston qualifier happening May 5, 2024.
The Marathon course is quick, downhill, and scenic. Starting at Yonge and Sheppard in North York and finishing at Exhibition Place, you'll run through many of the city’s great neighbourhoods.
This run also features a popular half marathon (also with a downhill course), 10k run, and 5k run/walk.
