Race Information

Although it's probably missing some barbed wire, this race is pretty much nature's Tough Mudder. It has epic variety including grass, sand, puddles, and tons of mud to satisfy any cross country runner, trail/ultra runner or even the curious road runner looking for a change. And what could be more fun than getting all warm again with yummy post-race food at the Jericho Sailing Centre? 


Course Information

A classic cross-country course which includes sections of grass, trail, hills and sandy beach. Depending on weather conditions you can expect varying amounts of mud and water (but always some!). Shoes with good mud traction are recommended. Spikes are optional. 

Seniors run two laps and Juniors one lap of the 5km course.
