Survival of the Fittest
The Survival of the Fittest course is a beautiful loop from the scenic Quest University in Squamish, BC. This course starts with a strong climb that leads you to a waterfall almost immediately. As runners continue to climb, the views become more and more impressive. The course peaks at the top on the Climb Trail and then it's a singletrack back down.
Runners can choose from the 13K or 18K distance for this beautfiul late spring race. Local trails such as STP, Somewhere Over There, Hoods In The Woods, and Blaine's Connector are all hemmed in between the two bridge crossings over Darwin's and Carpenter's Son. Revel in the theory of evolution as you cross Darwin's early on, and test your faith above the rapids on Carpenter's Son near the end.
