Distance: 5K, 1-Mile Run/Walk
This is a 5K and 1-Mile Run/Walk to end breast cancer. This race brings 1000's of survivors, patients, co-survivors and advocates together to raise money to help find a cure for breast cancer. This year is the 25th Anniversary of the Puget Sound Komen Race for the Cure, join a team, run as an individual or donate to the cause.

Distance: 5K, Marathon, Half-marathon
The most notable thing about the Seattle Rock n’ Roll Marathon is the fantastic atmosphere centered around having fun. In recent years the Seattle Rock n’ Roll Marathon and half marathon have attracted a field of around 22,000 runners and walkers. Some perks to being a part of this race are a scenic course, exclusive finisher medal, technical t-shirt, gear bag, entertainment on the course and post, admission to the two-day health and fitness expo and a Beer at the Finish Line Festival.

The Head for the Cure Foundation is a is dedicated to raising awareness and funding for research in the fight against brain cancer. This race is at Maymoor Park and there are awards for overall male and females as well as age group categories.
