Edmonton's Canada Day Road Race is an annual timed run that happens on Canada Day each year! The race typically features both 5k and 15k distances. The 15k can be run as a 3 person relay with each team member cranking out a 5k leg.

The Red Deer Spartan Weekend is an obstacle course race where participants attempt to run through numerous obstacles as fast as possible. This obstacle course race, which happens at Heritage Ranch, is timed and will have runners competing in waves.
