Hopelink’s Annual Turkey Trot 5k family Fun Run & walk is an annual community event that kicks off the seasonal drive to provide support to families during the holiday season. The community comes together to support programs that help thousands of neighbors throughout the winter months. This event brings together more than 1,500 people for a morning of fun and festivities – including a vendor fair at Marina Park with balloon art, face painting, photos, giveaways and more. Walkers, runners, pets and strollers are welcome. There is also a two-mile turn around and kids 600m dash.

It's a family affair! Everybody is welcome to run in Tacoma's beautiful Proctor District, from walkers to super-fit runners looking for a PR. Join Snohomish Running Company for the annual Mukilteo Turkey Trot 5k/10k on Thanksgiving morning at Kamiak High School in Mukilteo. Walkers, strollers and runners all welcome as both the 5k and 10k courses are on closed roads. This fun, family friendly event is perfect for a personal record and a great way to burn off some calories before the holiday meal. Registration includes a finisher medal and a pair of fabulous pajama pants that have pockets!  It's a great event for the whole family.

Come to gorgeous Magnuson Park on the shore of Lake Washington on Thanksgiving morning to race 5k, 10k or 15k or more on the scenic course. The theme this year and every year is run more = eat more! This is the largest of the monthly Magnuson runs, be sure to arrive early and leave a bit of time to park and get your race bib. Bring any type of food, perishable or non-perishable and it goes to the University Food bank, plus this event is a fundraiser for the local nonprofit Teen Feed. We're betting on delicious pies for top competitors again this year!
