Beat the Street for Little Feet! benefits Oakhurst Cooperative Preschool in Decatur, GA, and it is always a good time for participants, young and old alike! Oakhurst Cooperative Preschool was founded with the goal of creating an ethnically, culturally, and economically diverse community that is united through its commitment to parental involvement in education and to fostering respect for the environment.
The 5k race will take participants through the historic Oakhurst neighborhood of Decatur. The race is about celebrating Oakhurst, and the children that go there. Make sure and register early so you're guaranteed the one-of-a-kind shirt by a local artist. After the race, make sure to stick around for the post-race Backyard Bash.
