ASH Dash 5K Bunny Run
The annual ASH Dash 5K Bunny Run for mental health is a fun and easy way to help children and adults receiving treatment for mental illness. The ASH Dash is a chip-timed run on a flat, fast, double looped USATF-certified course that winds through the hospital's beautiful tree-shaded grounds in historic Hyde Park. The Easter Bunny will be there to host a post race Easter egg hunt for participants of all ages. Participants are invited to tour the first floor of the historic administration building constructed in 1857. All proceeds will assist the Volunteer Services Council, a 501 (c) (3), in continuing to provide important programs and services to supplement treatment at the Austin State Hospital.
