Race Information

The Hemingway 8k is a Running of the Bulls themed run through Chicago's Oak Park neighborhood. The USATF-certified course is a flat and fast 8k through the Hemingway district and Scoville Park. This 8k road race also includes members of the Oak Park Runners Club dressed as bulls to run as pacers. There is a water station along the way and the race is run early morning hours.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed during this race, however families are encouraged to participate. Children can participate in the Kid's Running of the Bulls.
