Race Information
This 5 Peaks event in Goldbar Park is the thrid event in the Northern Alberta race series.
Edmonton’s Goldbar Park is located in east Edmonton (near 50 Street and the North Saskatchewan River). It hosts a variety of challenging and scenic trails for runners, bikers, and cross country skiers. The park has a bit of everything -- paved paths, single track trails, and hills that will really test your limits!
The course consists of a long grinding hill climb which awards you with flowing single track as you make your way back to the start/finish area.
The trail race features a variety of distances, including the 6.4 km Sports Course and the 12.9 km Enduro Course. The event also has a couple of options for the kids -- the 1 km Children's Challenge and the 3 km Timed Kids' Race. Fun trail running for everyone!
