Four on the Fourth
Celebrate the Fourth of July in historic Steilacoom by running or walking a scenic 4-mile course along the waterfront. The out-and-back course is mostly flat and there is a 1-mile option for kids. After the event, you are invited to stay for the Steilacoom Chamber of Commerce's sponsored street fair, parade, and fireworks. See you there in your RED, WHITE, and BLUE!
Beginner Runner Training Plan
Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!
The None to Run Beginner Plan is super gradual and achievable, no matter your starting point. In 12 weeks, you’ll be able to run 25 minutes non-stop (and actually enjoy it).
