The YMCA of the Foothills will host the annual Fiesta Days Run on Memorial Day at Descanso Gardens proudly sponsored by USC Verdugo Hills Hospital. The YMCA Fiesta Days Run has grown into a major Memorial Day weekend tradition, as part of LCF Chamber of Commerce Fiesta Days Celebration bringing over 1000 local runners, families and volunteers together for a fun and inspiring morning.

The Village Runner Independence Day 5K is an annual community classic that happens on the 4th of July in Redondo Beach.
Runners can expect chip timing, age division awards, cash prizes to the top three overall male and female runners in the 5K run, and a pretty great pre-race costume contest!
We like that the course is an out and back (you can try and spot your friends). We also like that a portion of all registration fees directly benefit the Redondo Beach Educational Foundation and other local schools.
