It’s summer…It's H-O-T…but Five Star NTP has something F-U-N to break up the day-to-day!
They're heading over to Grand Motorcars in Kennesaw for a great morning 5K and changing it up with an awesome hat for the giveaway! Start your morning with a mostly flat & scenic 5K course, and they'll have chip timing and awards for the top finishers. There's a virtual option as well as a no-swag option, too! You don't want to miss this!

Beginner Runner Training Plan
Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!
The None to Run Beginner Plan is super gradual and achievable, no matter your starting point. In 12 weeks, you’ll be able to run 25 minutes non-stop (and actually enjoy it).
None to Run is different from most beginner plans:
