The Oakland Turkey Trot is run on a classic flat & fast 5k course around Lake Merritt in Oakland, CA. The Oakland Turkey Trot is on a mission to raise impactful funds for the Alameda County Community Food Bank and Oakland's Public Schools. The event is partnered with the City of Oakland, the mayor, and local corporate sponsors and friends to bring you an authentic local experience that is fun, inclusive and promotes healthy living.
