Ride To Walk Endurance Race
The goal of the race is to provide a safe, friendly, beautiful location to run as long your heart desires, or for up to 48 hours- whichever comes first. This is a fixed-time loop format, meaning you can stop and rest, eat, nap, go watch a movie, whatever you want to do - but the clock never stops. The race offers a 48-hour race, two 24-hour options, three 12-hour options, and three 6-hour options, as well as the 100 mile race around a groomed .84 mile loop on a working horse ranch around a beautiful lake.
The event takes place at, and will benefit, Ride To Walk in Lincoln, California. Ride To Walk's mission is to enhance the lives of children and young adults with neurological disabilities by providing innovative therapeutic horseback riding activities that are recreational in nature and adapted to the individual's needs and abilities. Ride To Walk strives to provide a positive support system for individuals with disabilities, their parents/caregivers, and our community.
