Antelope Island Buffalo Run
The 50k starts out from the White Rock Trailhead on Antelope Island, and it features about 4000 feet in elevation gain. The 50/100 mile runs start from the same place except you will be doing the Elephant Head trail out and back as well. Figure on about 3800 feet in elevation gain for the 50mi, and double that for the 100mi. You can leave drop bags on the course and there will also be well stocked aid stations. Support crews are allowed at aid stations, and pacers are allowed in the 50mi and 100mi only, not in the 50k however.
