Run a Ragnar Road Relay in just one day? That’s right, Ragnar Sprint Miami is coming at you. If you love a good team challenge, crave time in the great outdoors, and prefer soft sheets to sleep in a van, this Sprint relay might be exactly your speed — 6 runners, 12 legs, and 52-ish miles. It’s everything you love about Ragnar packed into a single day.

Your team of 6 will kick off this adventure at Pompano Beach, FL, and will then run your way down the stunning Florida Atlantic coastline, through 12 exchanges and over 50 miles with tons of incredible ocean views. The finish line party is back at historic Virginia Key Beach where you and your team will party with live music, drinks, and food trucks. You’ll get to watch the sunset right on the beach and celebrate your adventures.
