Tiki Beach 5K/10K
Enjoy our Polynesian music, tiki lamps, professionally chip timed event with mile markers at the Tiki Beach 5k/10k Run. The flat, fast course is perfect for both avid runners as well as for the back of the pack walkers and strollers. We are looking forward to making this a very beachy experience.
There will be raffle prizes, custom cast medals, Hawaiian event race shirts, and age division awards.
Beginner Runner Training Plan

The None to Run Beginner Plan is super gradual and achievable, no matter your starting point. In 12 weeks, you’ll be able to run 25 minutes non-stop (and actually enjoy it).
