The DC™ Super Hero Run is a family-friendly race that happens at Six Flags Over Saint Louis (and virtually).
Runners get to pick between Wonder Woman™, Superman™, and Batman™ then run a 5K course inside the park. Now is not the time to hide in the shadows, your time is now! Choose your DC™ Super Hero, don your cape, and unleash the hero inside you!

Beginner Runner Training Plan
Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!
The None to Run Beginner Plan is super gradual and achievable, no matter your starting point. In 12 weeks, you’ll be able to run 25 minutes non-stop (and actually enjoy it).
