Lake Loop Challenge
Lake Loop offers participants bike, run, and paddle challenges at Hopatcong State Park. The race is an and-or-athon, a fun athletic endeavor consisting of three different events (cycling, running, or paddling); where you can choose to participate in one, two, or all three of the courses. The bike course range from 20 up to 62 miles, the run features a 5k or a 1.5-mile trail run, and the paddle course is 2.5-miles. Kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards are available to rent.
Beginner Runner Training Plan
Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!
