Join The Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta's annual Race for Rest. Yes, there will be beer! The 5k begins at Monday Night Garage and ends with an official after-party. The 5k is a chipped Peachtree qualifier that runs along the Beltline. Plus, they're bringing back the virtual mile challenge to help you prep for the 5k! During the race period, you can log miles by either running or walking.

Beginner Runner Training Plans

Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!

In 3 workouts of 30 minutes or less per week, None to Run will take you from ground zero to running comfortably for 25 minutes straight.
