Race Information

The Times Colonist 10K began in 1990 under the name of β€œGarden City 10K”. In 2000 the newspaper became the title sponsor, and thus the TC10K name was born. The race is Victoria's largest and most popular run of the year. The run regularly attracts a field of over 10,000 runners from all around the country and sees a number of top elites compete among the field of amateur runners.

This community event brings runners, walkers, volunteers, schools, businesses, friends, families and more to enjoy the beautiful scenic route and post-event celebrations in downtown Victoria. If you are into big runs this is a must-do! The TC10k course has long sections along the oceanfront road providing some spectacular views to runners.
