Join over 15,000 runners in Victoria, BC for the annual Royal Victoria Marathon, taking place over Thanksgiving weekend. This scenic, oceanfront event is both a certified Boston Marathon qualifier and a World Athletics sanctioned race. Runners from across Canada and around the world gather to experience one of the most picturesque courses in the country.

The weekend features five race distances: Marathon, Half Marathon, 8K, 5K, and the Thrifty Foods Kids Run. The 5K and Kids Run are held on Saturday, followed by the Marathon, Half Marathon, and 8K on Sunday. As the largest running event on Vancouver Island, the Royal Victoria Marathon is a must-run for dedicated racers and recreational runners alike.

Whether you're chasing a personal best or enjoying the atmosphere, the event welcomes participants of all levels and features a strong field of elite athletes.
