Race Information
The ALS SuperHero 5K Dash is a distance-certified, chip-timed 5k and 10k race starting at Harriet Island Pavilion and trailing along the Mississippi River. This family-friendly event attracts runners, casual walkers, children of all ages, supporters of the ALS community, and superheroes of all sorts. Organizers hope to use everyone's powers in the fight against ALS, and directly benefits The ALS Association Minnesota/North Dakota/South Dakota Chapter in their mission to discover treatments and a cure for ALS while serving, advocating for, and empowering people affected by ALS to live their lives to the fullest.
