YWCA Mankato Girls on the Run of 5K
Anyone who has been to a Girls on the Run 5K knows that it is unlike any other running event. It is a celebration of and for the girls who are completing a ten week season of the Girls on the Run program. Positive energy abounds as the girls dance to warm-up music, get their hair “happied” and their faces painted, and gather with their teammates as they head to the starting line.
This 5K is a non-competitive event that will bring a smile to your face! The event is open to all ages and genders and includes free family-friendly activities and a Kids K. You will be so glad you joined!

The Run Minnesota fall program runs June 22 - Oct 2 and targets the City of Lakes Half Marathon and Twin Cities Marathon.
Led by Coach Danny Docherty and a certified coaching staff, this training program is developed to encourage beginners while still meeting the needs of more experienced runners. Limited edition training shirts for all participants!
