The annual Wendell Foster Half Marathon will take place on a flat and fast route in Owensboro, Kentucky. The 13.1-mile and 3.1-mile (5K) race will be fully supported including some full and partial road closures. The race will start and finish on the riverfront by beautiful Smothers Park.
