Défi Gendarme de fer Sherbrooke
The Défi Gendarme de fer Sherbrooke, boasting a distinctive series of obstacle courses, is a unique event organized in collaboration with the Sherbrooke Police to help support the efforts of the Foundation of Stars. The courses are designed to simulate the training activities of the police force, and the Défi Gendarme de fer is a great way for families, friends and colleagues to challenge themselves and raise funds to further pediatric research.
Anyone - high-level athletes, adults, teenagers and children - can participate in the Défi Gendarme de fer Sherbrooke, regardless of their degree of physical fitness. Have fun with the choice of four different courses and a wide variety of obstacles are offered: 10k, 5k, 3k, or 1k (uniquely for kids aged less than 12 years). The obstacle course includes target practice using air softs, a challenge against sumo wrestlers, climbing a 6-foot wall, and transporting mannequins. For children under 12 years old, the 1k course is designed with inflatable games, foam stick fight, and a race through tires.
