The SCADaddle for Research 5K run/walk raises money for much-needed research on the #1 cause of heart attacks in women under age 50 – spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD). This family-friendly fundraiser takes place at beautiful Lake St. Clair Metropark in Harrison Township – approx. 20 miles NE of downtown Detroit. The paved trail goes through woods and along the shoreline of Lake St. Clair! Refreshments and activities for the whole family follow after the race.
