Since 2008, Paige’s Butterfly Run has been held in conjunction with the Taste of Syracuse, bringing over 2,000 runners and walkers to downtown Syracuse each June. The goal remains the same -- to put on a stellar community event while raising the critical dollars necessary to fund pediatric cancer research and patient programs at Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital.

This event also offers participants a virtual option.
